I was born in 1953. I wore Buster Brown shoes. In the third grade, I sat in the front row so I could see Mrs. Wallach’s beautiful legs. My best friends were Margaret and Laura. I wrestled with boys at recess and after school. I spent all of my time in a horse barn.

Now it is 2022. I spend all of my time with little old ladies, age ninety-five and up. I am still trying to figure out the need for greed, aggression, power, dominance, and destruction. I would love to see the patriarchy and capitalism disappear. I am a white girl who still cannot understand the world. That’s it.
